JAMMU :The Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) has announced scheduled power shutdowns in several areas of Jammu and Kishtwar districts for maintenance and development works in the coming days.
Chief Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu informed that the power supply to Kalika, Chak, Mansar, Sunari, Hartyan, Kalta, Jib Ashram and adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 8 from 8 AM to 1 PM*.
The power supply to Adarsh Colony, Dabbar, Shiv Nagar, Hospital, Housing Colony, Generation Colony, Sheetla Mandir and adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 9 from 8 AM to 1 PM*.
Power supply to Sansoo, ITBP, Mansar, Battal Ballian, Army installations will remain affected on *October 10 from 8 AM to 1 PM*, while power to Bajalta and adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 10 from 7 AM to 11 AM*.
Similarly, power supply to Thanpe, Uhade, Thandi Choti and adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 9 from 9 AM to 2 PM*, and to Jourian, Troati, Muthi, Maira, Bakore and adjoining areas on *October 10 from 9 AM to 2 PM*.
In Nagrota, Sainik School, Nadore, Nariana, Kattal Battal and adjoining areas, power will remain affected on *October 10 from 8 AM to 12 Noon*.
Power supply to Kootah, Saida, Surara, Nichla, Channa, Morian and adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 8 from 8 AM to 1 PM*.
The power supply to Barnoti, Rajbagh, Nanan, Budhi, Channi, Paharpur, Marheen, Chandwan, Hariachak, Industrial Units including TK Paper Mill, Superior Polymer, Kargil Steel and adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 10 from 8 AM to 12 Noon*.
Similarly, power supply to Basohli, Martha, Nagrota, Saman Jandrota, Bhoond, Mashka, Sanshar, Bani, Bhandar, Duggan, Chalog, Dhaggar and adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 9 from 7 AM to 1 PM*.
Power supply to Keerian, Gandyal, Keerian Industry and adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 8 and 9 from 9 AM to 2 PM*.
Meanwhile, Superintending Engineer O&M Circle JPDCL Kishtwar informed that power supply to Fiksoo, Chinar Mohalla and its adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 8 and 9 from 9 AM to 2 PM*.
Similarly, power supply to Wasser, Kuleed, Panditgam, Sangram Bhatta and adjoining areas will remain affected on *October 8 and 10 from 9 AM to 2 PM*.
Likewise, power supply to Tund and adjoining areas will remain affected from *October 9 to October 11 from 9 AM to 2 PM* daily.
