NEW DELHI:Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India has ordered posting/transfer of two IAS officers of AGMUT cadre from Jammu & Kashmir to Union Territory of Ladakh.
As per ORDER http://F.No.15041/08/2023-UTS.I Dated the 6th November, 2026, Rakesh Minhas, IAS (AGMUT:2016) has been transferred from Jammu & Kashmir to Ladakh, while Faz Lul Haseeb, IAS (AGMUT:2018) has been transferred fromJammu & Kashmir to Ladakh.
Rakesh Minhas is presently posted as *Chief Executive Officer (CEO), State Health Agency, J&K with additional charge of Managing Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission, J&K.*
He was posted as CEO SHA J&K vide J&K Government Order No.1612-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated 07-10-2026. Prior to that he served as *Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.*
Faz Lul Haseeb, is presently posted as *Additional Secretary to Government, Agriculture Production Department with additional charge of Mission Director, Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) and J&K Competitive Investment Project (JKCIP).
He was posted on present assignment vide Govt Order No.1612-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated 07-10-2026. Prior to that he was *Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC).*
Both officers are expected to join their new place of posting in Ladakh shortly.
