JAMMU :Government of Jammu and Kashmir, General Administration Department (GAD), Civil Secretariat J&K has granted *two days Special Casual Leave* in favour of PM Package / Migrant / Jammu based employees working in Kashmir Division for celebrating Diwali at Jammu.
As per *Government Order No.1751-JK(GAD) of 2026 Dated: 07.11.2026* issued by Commissioner/Secretary to the Government M. Raju IAS vide No. GAD-ADM0III/29/2022-02-GAD:
*Sanction is hereby accorded to the grant of two days Special Casual Leave on 7th November, 2026 (Saturday) and 9th November, 2026 (Monday)* in favour of PM Package/Migrant/Jammu based employees, posted in different departments in the Kashmir Division, for celebrating *"Diwali" at Jammu.*
This will enable the employees who are serving in Kashmir Division but whose families are based in Jammu to celebrate Diwali with their families at Jammu.
