JAMMU :Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) has announced power shutdown in various areas of Jammu district for maintenance and development works.
According to Superintending Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, O&M Circle Kathua, the shutdown schedule is as under:
*1. KALUCHAK & BIRPUR AREA:*
- Power supply to *Kaluchak and adjoining areas* will remain affected on *October 23 and 25 from 6 AM to 10 AM.*
- Power supply to *Kaluchak, Birpur Complex and adjoining areas* will remain affected on *October 21, 23 and 25 from 6 AM to 10 AM.*
*2. KATTAL BRAHMANA BELT:*
- Power supply to *Kattal Brahmana, Kattal Gujran, Loundi, Sukhu Chak, Chann Khatrian and adjoining areas* will remain affected on *October 21 and 22 from 8 AM to 12 Noon.*
*3. PARADE DIVISION, JAMMU CITY (Oct 21 to Nov 05 - Alternate Days):*
As per Executive Engineer, Elect Division-I, JPDCL Parade Jammu:
- *8 AM to 2 PM (Alternate Days):* LT Lines Exchange Road, Near Kohli Niwas, Circular Road Near Laldwara Mandir-I, Near Rajeev Hardware, Circular Road-I, Circular Road-II, Circular Road Near National Paper Bag, Circular Road Near Laldwara Mandir-II, Circular Road Near Laldwara Mandir-III, Narayni Mohalla and Near Ved Mandir.
- *8 AM to 3 PM (Alternate Days):* LT Lines Kaleeth Nagar-I, Kaleeth Nagar-II, Trikuta Complex, Govt Quarters Roller Head and Bus Stand.
- *8 AM to 1 PM (Alternate Days):* LT Lines Keran/Reens, Chadali, Doha, Doha Near DTR, Dowal Mohalla, Garni New, Tara New DTR, Near Bus Stand, Last Bus Stand, Eid-Gah-I, Eid-Gah-II, Near Masjid, Dhung and Bamyal.
The department has requested the public to cooperate and bear with the inconvenience.
