JAMMU :The Divisional Commissioner, Jammu has sought details of examination centres for the upcoming OMR-based examination for the posts of Sub-Inspector, Home Department scheduled to be held on *29.11.2026.*
In an urgent communication No. 302/Exams/2086-98 dated 11.10.2026 to all Deputy Commissioners of Jammu Division, Additional Commissioner Jammu, Sham Lal (JKAS) has forwarded a letter from J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB) and directed DCs to furnish the list/details of institutions along with sitting capacity of each institute.
The list is to be submitted with joint signature of Deputy Commissioner and Senior Superintendent of Police or his representative to the Div Com office within two days positively.
A copy has also been marked to all SSPs of Jammu Division and Controller of Examinations, JKSSB Jammu for information and necessary action.
