Kathua :
A tragic road accident took place at Sarthal Mode in Bani tehsil of Kathua district on Friday.
A Baleno car met with a major accident, leaving two people dead and three others injured.
Initially, 29-year-old Monika, wife of Suveer Kotwal, died in the accident.
Later, 61-year-old Balwant Kotwal, who was critically injured, also succumbed to his injuries.
The three injured have been identified as Suveer Kotwal, Parshanta Kotwal and Vikram Singh.
All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway.
