SAMBA:In a proactive security measure aimed at strengthening surveillance and ensuring the safety and security of railway infrastructure, Samba Police, led by SSP Samba, in coordination with Government Railway Police (GRP) Samba, conducted a joint foot patrolling exercise along the railway track falling within the jurisdiction of Police Station Samba.
The joint patrolling was carried out to assess the security arrangements on the ground, strengthen coordination between the police and railway security agencies and ensure effective surveillance of the railway track and its adjoining areas.
During the patrolling, the police teams thoroughly checked the railway track and surrounding areas and reviewed the existing security arrangements at vulnerable and strategically important points.
The patrolling team was led by SSP Samba and comprised Addl. SP Samba, DySP Hqrs Samba, DySP SOG Samba, SHO Police Station Samba, Incharges Police Posts Rakh Amb Talli, Supwal along with other police officers and officials. Officers and personnel of GRP Samba also participated in the joint security exercise.
