SRINAGAR :Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL has informed that power supply to various areas of Kashmir Valley will remain affected from *October 22 to October 31, 2026* due to shutdown of various 33 KV lines for maintenance / development works.
*Area Wise Power Shutdown Schedule:*
*1. October 22, 2026:*
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Manigam, Gutlibagh, Wayil, Beehama, PTS:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Alasteng Manigam Tapline, power supply to Manigam, Gutlibagh, Wayil, Benhama, PTS and adjoining areas will be affected.
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Kangan, Wangath, Mammer etc:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Kangan Kangan line, power to Mammer, Wangath, Kangan, Akhal, Baba Nagri and adjoining areas will be affected.
- *09 AM to 02 PM - Sonamarg, Gund, Kullan:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Kangan Surfraw line, power to Surfraw, Gund, Kullan, Gagangeer, Sonamarg, Fraw, Ganiwan and adjoining areas will be affected.
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Tulmulla, Dangerpora:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Badampora Tulmulla Tap line, power to Tulmulla, Dangerpora, Larsun and adjoining areas will be affected.
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Gurez, Dawar:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Potushai Gurez line, power to Wanpora, Dawar, NHPC, Tragbal, Peerbaba, Kanzalwan, Bagtore, Koragbal, Razdantop and adjoining areas will be affected.
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Zainakote Grid:* Shutdown of 33 kV GSS Zainakote earlier scheduled on 21 Oct has been *rescheduled to 22 Oct (09 AM to 03 PM).*
*2. October 24, 2026:*
- *Kangan, Gurez, Tulmulla, Surfraw lines repeat:* Power to areas mentioned above under Kangan Kangan, Kangan Surfraw, Potushai Gurez lines will again remain affected from *09 AM to 03 PM on 24 Oct.*
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Tral, Balhama, Wuyen:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Awantipora Tral-Ist, Tral-II, Balhama and Old TCI Tapline, power to Tral, Devar, Pinglish, Dadsara, Chandrigam, Mandoora, Kahlil, Bajwani, Noorpora, Lurgam, Gulabagh, Aripal, 15MW Batagund, Nanar, Taki, Lam, Jawaharpora, Aripal, Khangund, Satoora, Wuyen, Balhama, Munpora and adjoining areas will be affected.
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Awantipora, Malangpora:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Awantipora-Awantipora line, power to Awantipora, Jawbara, Barsoo, Malangpora, Padgampora, Beighpora, Midoora, Bohu and adjoining areas will be affected.
- *RESCHEDULED - Major Grid Shutdown:* Shutdown of *132/33 KV Grid Station Pampore (132 & 33 kV Switchyard), 132 KV ICT Circuit-I&II, 132/33 KV Grid Station Awantipora, 132 kV Pampore-Awantipora (Ckt-I&II) and 132/33 KV Grid Station Lassipora* has been *rescheduled to 24 October 2026* which was earlier scheduled on 22 October.
*3. October 25, 2026:*
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Pandach, Gulabagh, 90ft Road:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Alasteng Zakura line, power to Pandach, Pathan Colony, Gulabagh, Mir Mohalla, Umarhair, Nowbugh, Ahmad Nagar, 90 ft road, Khalmullah and adjoining areas will be affected.
*4. October 27 & 29, 2026:*
- *09 AM to 02 PM - Beehama, Wayil, Manigam:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Alasteng Power House line, power to Beehama, Arampora, Arch, Nunner, Manigam, Duderhama, Malshaibagh, Wayil, Gutlibagh and adjoining areas will be affected.
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Wussan, Preng, Haripora:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Kangan Wussan line, power to Wussan, Preng, Manigam, Haripora, Chattergul and adjoining areas will be affected.
- *Oct 27 - Tulmulla, Awantipora:* Power to Tulmulla areas (09 AM-03 PM) and Awantipora areas (09 AM-03 PM) will also be affected.
*5. October 26 & 29, 2026:*
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Pahalgam, Aishmuqam, Seer:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Mattan Pahalgam line, power to Hutmurrah, Seer, Akad, Salia, Aishmuqam, Batkoot, Pahalgam, Sallar, Aru and adjoining areas will be affected.
*6. October 31, 2026:*
- *09 AM to 03 PM - Shuhama, Gadoora, Sherpathri:* Due to shutdown of 33 kV Alasteng Nagbal line, power to Shuhama, Bakura, Darend, Fethapora, Gadoora, Tulbagh, Chundina, Saloora, Sherpathri and adjoining areas will be affected.
