JAMMU :The Jammu and Kashmir Government has notified the retirement on superannuation of 35 officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) during the calendar year 2027.
According to a retirement notification issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Civil Secretariat, on October 14, 2026, the officers will retire upon attaining the age of superannuation on the respective dates mentioned in the order.
The notification, bearing number GAD-SERVOKAS/345/2021, has been issued by Dr. Shujaat Ahmad Qureshi, JKAS, Deputy Secretary to the Government.
Among the senior officers scheduled to retire in 2027 are Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Financial Corporation; Bashir Ahmed Khan, Secretary in the Social Welfare Department; Mohd. Raffi, Director General, Libraries, J&K; Dr. Mushtaq Ahmed, Director General, Estates, Jammu; and Sudershan Kumar, Managing Director, J&K Trade Promotion Organization.
As per the notification, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri and Bashir Ahmed Khan will retire on January 31, 2027, while Mohd. Raffi will superannuate on the same date. Dr. Mushtaq Ahmed is scheduled to retire on March 31, 2027, and Sudershan Kumar on September 30, 2027.
The notification provides the names, present places of posting, dates of birth, dates of retirement and feeding services of all 35 officers.

The order is intended to formally notify the superannuation schedule of the 35 JKAS officers for the year 2027.
